Level measurement system

All of our level measurement systems can be integrated in the double membrane roofs and Biogas domes of Membrane Systems Europe. We can provide you with the parameters to set the devices and make sure that these parameters are already calibrated into the measurement system. This results in the system being ready to use after installation with no additional settings needing to be administered by the client. The last step is the electrical installation and the connection to the 4-20 mA signal given by the different devices.

Installing a level measurement system

There are several different ways of mounting the system into a double membrane roof or a biogas dome. During the production of the double membrane roofs and the biogas domes, we can make sure that the correct mounting method is specified. In cases where the devices are mounted into older roofs, and where there is no mounting method included during the production, we can include the different mounting methods as a separate package which can be installed even after several years. Since this is product-specific and roof-supplier specific, we can only offer these mounting methods upon request.

In cases where the double membrane roof and/or biogas dome is not supplied by Membrane Systems Europe we strongly recommend that you contact us before ordering specific parts of the level measurement systems. Roofs of other suppliers may require different ways of mounting or other components. The calibration of most of the devices can be done by a specialized team at Membrane Systems Europe. If this is required, please contact us to provide the information required to perform the calibration. We can make sure the systems will work on any type of roof or dome!
