70% less heat loss

Did you know that a double membrane cover with insulation reduces heat loss by 70%? It means that the payback period for this insulating measure is less than two years. Five years ago, Membrane Systems Europe BV (MSE) started the production and installation of insulated double membrane covers in the Netherlands and France for biogas upgrading projects. Since then, we have already installed more than 50 of these covers. The 100% high-frequency welded double membrane covers have a heat loss of only 0.9 W / m2, while with standard covers this is 3.5 W / m2. In addition to elastic polymer constructions on the inner membrane, MSE also offers Low-E.
