Level measurement system
All our Level Measurement systems can be integrated in the double membrane roofs and Biogasdomes of Membrane Systems Europe. We can provide you with the parameters to set the devices and make sure that these parameters are already calibrated into the measurement system. In that case the system is ready to use after installation! No settings have to be done by the client for these systems. The only thing left to do on site would be the electrical installation and the connection to the 4-20 mA signal given by the different devices.
For all the systems there is a different way of mounting the system into a double membrane roof or a Biogasdome. During the production of the double membrane roofs and the biogasdomes we can make sure that the correct mounting method will be included already. In case the devices have to be mounted into older roofs where there is no mounting method including during the production, we can include the different mounting methods also as a separate package which can be installed even after several years. Since this is product specific and roof-supplier specific, we can only offer these mounting methods upon request!
Especially when the double membrane roof and/or Biogasdome is not supplied by Membrane Systems Europe we strongly recommend to contact us before ordering the specific parts of the level measurement systems. With roofs of other supplier we might need different ways of mounting or other components. The calibration of most of the devices can be done a specialized team at Membrane Systems Europe. If that is needed/wanted, please contact us to go through all the details that would be needed for the calibration. We can make sure the systems will work on any type of roof of dome!
