Single Membrane

Single Biogas Membranes cover your tank with a central column and a specially made to fit membrane material. Everything is custom made for each tank specifically, so that everything fits perfectly. This membrane material is fire resistant, sun resistant, UV resistant and reinforced.

Double Membrane

Double Biogas Membranes cover your tank with multiple membranes. Special blowers, air supply systems and air relief systems make sure the pressure between the membranes is always correct. This is specifically calculated and designed for every Double Membrane we install. The Double Membranes are available up to a diameter of 50 meter.

Biogas Domes

Biogas Domes consist of an internal, external and bottom membrane. For this solution you do not need an existing tank because the gas is stored between the internal and the bottom membrane. The Biogas Domes are installed on a concrete base. We always provide our Biogas Domes completely with pressure valves and level measurement systems. If requested, we can also supply methane detectors, control panels or even lightning diversion systems. The pressure between the internal and the external membrane is regulated by a ventilator / air blower. This way the biogas membrane can hold its shape in various conditions.
